We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 100 days or your money back! If you change your mind about the items you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
- We accept both new & used items as long as they're in the original packaging and in a good shape.
To complete your return, we require:
- A receipt or proof of purchase.
- Proof of defective items, if applicable, such as sending pictures via email.
Refund Process:
- Request your return by emailing support@blackandgray.co with a detailed reason for the return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
- Upon approval, you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
- To ensure your refund, please use trackable mail service, as we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Once we receive your package, your products will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
Refund Exclusions:
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products that are damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- If there is an issue with your return, we will notify you as to why your return was rejected and why we cannot issue a refund. This typically only happens when we receive used products back that are in unsaleable condition.
Refund Timeline:
- The purchase price (excluding delivery charges and/or discounts) will be refunded to you using the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
Return Shipment Fees & Restocking Fees:
- Return Shipment Fees (Customers Remorse): We only deduct a return shipment fee from the final refund if the reason for returning the products is due to customers remorse. The customer will have to bare the return fees in this case, Buyers Remorse Includes(But not limited too): Delayed Shipping, Inadequate Sizing Information, Technical Issues, Unwanted Subscription, Overpriced, E-commerce Impulse, Found a better product, Lower price, No longer want the item etc..

Return Shipment Fees (Damaged Goods): We do not charge any return fees for the products that arrive damaged. We'll bare the total cost of shipment and refund your money in full.
- Restocking Fees (All Products): We do not charge any restocking fees on any of our products.
Delivery Information:
How long does delivery take? All orders are shipped within 5-8 business days for the USA. We currently do not sell in any other countries except USA.
Shipping Cost(Standard):
- All of our products are shipped for free and our customers don't have to bare the shipping costs.
Tracking Number:
- All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
- If you have entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee any changes after the order has entered the shipping process.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will take corrective action, which may include:
- Refunding the purchase price and delivery charges.
- Providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.
*Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and/or holes that are present before being washed.
Errors in Order Placement:
- If you made an error after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will see if we can correct it.
Refunds and Late/Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Return Label:
For defective products, the return shipping label will be included in the box. For returns due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for obtaining the return shipping label.
